In this interview with Joe Hoft, Attorney Stefanie Lambert raises the issue of non-citizens being [automatically] added to the voter rolls without their knowledge. Affidavits from non-US citizens in Michigan who have attained driver licenses have confirmed they are now on the voter rolls.

Joe Hoft adds that in Florida illegals who sign up for government assistance are being “asked” if they want to be on the voter rolls.

From 20:40 to 25:50 of this video:

https://frankspeech.com/Video/surviving-attacks-for-standing-up-for-fair-elections-with-stefanie-lambert

The two states have different (AVR) Automatic Voter Registration policies. Florida has no AVR policy so it makes sense that people signing up for a government subsidy or a Drivers License would be “asked” if they wanted to register. Michigan is an AVR state, but has what is called a ‘front end’ AVR system—the voter can opt out of registering. There are 8 states with a ‘back end’ AVR, which means persons transacting with a government agency are given pending voter registration status and can opt out at a later date?? This person can go to the poll and vote under a pending status…how and when can clerks reconcile data??

The website below lists the state and their AVR status:

“Automatic voter registration is a policy that modernizes the voter registration process by

automatically registering eligible voters through their interactions with state agencies, [most commonly] when people apply for or renew their driver’s licenses.”

“Automatic voter registration helps to make sure that every eligible voter has access to vote, as well as strengthening the security and accuracy of our election systems. Our scoring distinguishes between front-end and back-end AVR; in front-end AVR systems the voter is given an opportunity to opt-out of being registered at the time of the relevant agency transaction, while in back-end systems designated agencies such as state DMVS systematically send information from relevant transactions to state election authorities. The voter is then automatically registered (or registered in pending status) before being given an opportunity to opt-out at a later time, usually through the mail.”

I just checked the IRS Instructions for 2023 Form 1040 again. The "General Information" beginning on pg. 78, still begin with "The IRS Mission. Provide America's taxpayers top-quality service by helping them understand and meet their tax responsibilities and enforce the law with integrity and fairness to all."

The first sentences of the "General Information" are: "Voter Registration. Do you need to check or update your voter registration? Visit vote.gov to confirm with your state election office.

When I go to Vote.gov they tell me they are in "partnership" with US Election Assistance Commission. When I go to US Election Assistance Commission's website I find myself in the tangled web of "How can anything be legitimate here?". So, it looks like the entire government is in the cookie jar. If I was a county clerk, I would be furious at the mess these people build. Their disingenuous "efforts" are so obvious.

Dr. Zark- many thanks as always for your continued coverage of our electoral debacle.

To your point about voter registration information, check out this piece from the Federalist.

Although they acknowledge the problems that you and others have pointed out, they couch the story as a "viral voting claim" gone wrong.

Voting Without Proof of Citizenship Is Still a Huge Problem

The Associated Press chastised concerned social media users for worrying that illegal immigrants are using Social Security numbers to register to vote. “Only U.S. citizens can vote in federal elections and noncitizen voting is exceedingly rare, as states have processes to prevent it,” the AP claimed. (WHAT A LOAD OF BS)

But further down in its “fact check,” the AP acknowledged that a voter simply has to declare he is a U.S. citizen when registering to vote in federal elections. Federal election registration does not require documentary proof of citizenship. In fact, states have been hamstrung from trying to require it. (OMG)

Arizona voters approved a law in 2004 that required documentary proof of citizenship to vote, but a 2013 Supreme Court ruling forced the state to accept the federal voter registration form, which only requires applicants to check a box claiming citizenship. (UNBELIEVABLE)

Arizona responded by allowing voters who could not prove their citizenship to register as “federal-only” voters, but it was forced in 2018 to “not only accept federal-only applications lacking proof of citizenship but also grant a federal-only registration to applicants who used a state form but couldn’t provide proof of citizenship,”

AND THIS IS ON TOP OF ALL THE FRAUD AND IRREGULARITIES THAT HAVE BEEN UNCOVERED IN NY.

At this point I wonder if it's even possible to have a fair and accurate election in this country.

I am sorry about your lost hours from your 2 prior posts. They did give me information to think about this further. You are honest and approach problems in a straightforward manner. It is the same way the engineer, who wrote a 230 page report on our state's elections, works. Once when we were looking over some troubling data sets she made a comment. I immediately felt she was making straightforward rationalizations to explain what she was seeing. I was seeing something else entirely. I told her, "Sometimes you have to think like a 'bad guy' to figure things out."

When I see the numbers of look-ups I think about the person (or software) that wants to make certain someone does Not exist before they do what they want to do. Based on John Harris Thaler's book "Report to the Governor" there is a thriving business of creating fictitious people in AZ. And with all that COVID "help money" hitting CA the "bad guys" had to have been beating the bushes looking for fictitious people.

We are being run as a society off of a bunch of polluted, interconnected, databases. A very sad, but fixable state of affairs.

I appreciate all your work and thoughts. They do lead me to things I had not considered. Thank you.

Is TX auditing the transactions on their end? Have they confirmed with a personal visit that a cross section the people who registered are real and accurate transactions?

Given the slew of hacks that have seen American citizens SSNs, DOBs, and other sensitive information ending up on the dark web, for sale, as well as the reality that the cartels are operating in every state now - more nefarious theories are of concern. That border remaining open is a priority to those on the receiving end of that trafficking cash cow.

Just sayin’ that I didn’t move to TX or UT in case I end up registered in a state I don’t live in.

And if something like this happened - it would be the biggest election steal ever as data chaos would force the pause of our only chance to get out from under the boot of this regime in DC.

I'm wondering if these are collections of hacked databases being tried against the database, and perhaps there is a return code for each ask that shows what matches (NOT registers), and used for storing up for a later date when the registrations roll in. I wonder how many of those will be people from other states as well. Or a way of determining if particular illegal aliens have registered.

Thanks for this update. I am wondering why the licensed driver totals in Texas and Arkansas are static over the years shown. It seems logical that this number would increase.

My wife and I received conflicting Utah voter registration cards in March. How do computer databases make slipups?
