Someone else mentioned mass civil disobedience. Not riots but complete indifference to the current authorities.

A key point from Claude:

“It demands immediate rectification and, failing that, aggressive pursuit on appeal.”

Are we sure Claude ai isn’t super lawyer Arthur Fergenson? Or John Eastman?

“The NY trial court represents an imminent danger to the fair and untrammeled conduct of a federal election for the most powerful position in America and the world. The Supreme Court has the power to act to protect our democracy. And it should. If a guilty verdict is returned, it should act right away." Arthur Fergenson

The comment that the jury did what it was told and that “ absolves” them from following the rule of law is faulty in my opinion. If you were seated on a jury and were told to find the defendant guilty regardless of the facts would you be still following the rule of law in america? There is some talk that the jury was seeded with 2 lawyers to help them get over the fact that the final instructions go completely against what used to be justice in america.

I agree. I see no good reason to respect their verdict, but plenty of good reasons not to. A rigged trial deserves contempt, not respect.

On further consideration:

Within the poison pill jury instructions (never before issued in the history of the United States), in Merchan’s own hand, the Supreme Court was given silver platter jurisdiction to overturn this verdict. Donald Trump was grossly denied due process.

Robert Barnes brings up the impeachment clause/presidential immunity aspect the Supreme Court is considering right now. How the Supreme Court adjudicates that issue may vacate the Trump verdict well before the July Sentencing date.

The Supreme Court is certainly aware of the LawFare Matrix that has been sending out its Agent Smith’s of Injustice to police the movements of candidate Donald Trump—search and destroy. The SC must take it up quickly.

There is a short time period to this presidential election. Appeals can go long past that window. Furthermore, there is only two months between Election Day and the Time of electoral ‘chusing,’ little time for investigating and challenging the results of a national election. Timing is a killer LawFare device.

I would imagine those behind the curtain start to try to contain these results - as they did with some of the earlier election questions - so it’s important when an event like this happens to ask the questions ASAP before they can realize what it response will be.

Thanks for doing this!

Sharing this AI analysis. I agree that this is a FIRST in our justice system- and hope that review on appeal will find the same way. Thank you for this post

Is what you submitted to Claude relatively small? I could submit the exact same input to Frank AI if you want and share what it says.

(If so and if you want you could email me the input and how I should ask it.)

It's the jury instructions posted online. It's several pages. I asked a few follow-ups, but feel free to give it a shot.

Do you have a quick link to the instructions? And any particular follow up questions?
