Yes. I myself had a heart attack two weeks ago obsessing over this stuff. Take care of yourself and I will too.

God Bless you and protect you. Pace yourself. We must be in this for the long haul, because our elections will not be salvaged quickly. Look how little progress there has been in 4 years in most States.

Hopefully it's just an illness and not a poisoning. You're helping uncover some deep algorithms to facilitate cheating, and you've managed to eke out some incredible answers from AI's. I hope you feel better soon!

I think there might have been a food element as well. Yesterday, we got some sample snack food from Lundberg Farms that looked good to me. Before going to bed, I ate a lot of it, then woke up feeling a little off.

I’m sorry for what you’re going through. The first odd thought I had was of a young man (32)* who decided to play video games nonstop and ended up dying tragically by neglecting his health.

I actually had a dream about you a couple of nights ago where you dropped a bag and things went all over the floor. I thought it was silly and wasn’t going to mention it. I think I was also trying to help you find a bathroom in the dream which also seemed too weird to bring up. Go figure.

*I asked Frank AI about this and it replied.

Certainly! The story I referenced is about a young man named **Chuang Chih-hao**, who was 32 years old. He was found dead in an internet cafΓ© in Taiwan in 2015 after reportedly gaming for about three days straight without taking breaks to eat or sleep.

Here are some key points about the incident:

- **Location:** Internet cafΓ© in Kaohsiung, Taiwan.

- **Duration:** He had been playing for approximately 3 days continuously.

- **Discovery:** Other patrons noticed he was unresponsive and alerted the staff, who then called for help.

- **Cause of Death:** It was reported that he suffered from a heart attack, likely exacerbated by exhaustion and dehydration.

This tragic event sparked discussions about the potential health risks associated with excessive gaming and the importance of moderation.

If you need more information or details about similar cases, let me know!

Yes, the key, and word in your post is "moderation." Dr. Zark's experiences of this unique life could possibly, in part, concern mastering the practice and virtues of moderation. Mundane moderation is not a natural attribute of several truly extraordinary persons I've had the great fortune to cross paths with. Prayers and intentions streaming for harmony and equilibrium to Dr. Zark, and all of us who may benefit from moderation.

Communism??? Boy oh boy, I thought I was following this blog pretty close but I must have missed something. I thought you've exposed a deep state operation to hack/control elections in New York. I thought your research suggested a link to similar US intelligence operations we've perpetrated on other elections around the world. Here I was thinking, WEF, Pizzagate, Epstein, Diddy... but I guess it's really just commies.

I appreciate the work you are doing. I wish I had the skills you have to help us like you do. πŸ‘
