It's a bit scary. The AI seems a lot smarter than the state and county elections officials in NY.

I love this. It is as if Marly Hornik is being interviewed by Art Zark. The fact that it is an AI device, "which would never lie or stretch the truth", but provides the same story that has taken place over the last 2-3 year timeframe with NYCA. This certainly gives credence to the challenge laid in front of the NYSBOE.

EXACTLY! I love your comparison to the Q & A like Marly being interviewed by Dr. Zark.

And I am completely blown away by the answers that the Chatbot gave to Dr. Zark's questions. You could almost put together a legal brief with all the info that's been presented.

Excellent work by Dr. Z.

A Marly question for AI chatbot:

Why would the NYSBOE continually be changing the official count of an election months or years after the count had been certified by them as accurate and legally compliant?

I recently signed up with ChatGPT and I feel like I'm having a conversation with an extremely knowledgeable friend or acquaintance.

I have asked some hyper technical questions about issues that I face every day, but so far, nothing political. Examples of questions I asked include: how to deal with gum disease under a fixed bridge, tumor in a female dog, traffic ticket for going through a stop sign, tenant who refused to sign a lease, third party defendants in NY civil litigation and problems saving documents with Word Perfect.

In every instance I was pleasantly surprised about the amount of information I received, but I think that after ready your (Dr. Zark's) posts, that I can do a better job of formulating my questions.

Also, in the case of questions where I wanted to get some specific case law or data, Chat told me that they couldn't access the data bases and also that they hadn't been updated since 2022 ???

Now that I've read both Dr. Z's articles, I think I can figure out how to get more information.

By the way, I am blown away by the responses that were received. I can't believe that the programmers didn't inject their own presumed liberal/Commie/ viewpoints or filters in the answers. Chat GPT seems way less biased than Google search which has been totally taken over by the other side.

Almost every search on G. returns info that's slanted in the left direction if you get my drift.

You really have to have a lot of knowledge in advance before you decide how to use the search results.

Are these responses new and supplemental to what you wrote in this substack last December, namely:

https://zarkfiles.substack.com/p/ai-chatbot-agrees-something-fishy

https://zarkfiles.substack.com/p/chatbot-part-ii

I included the links above in my collection of links at b.link/once so if this is new I can call it “part 3,” post its link, and make reference to the earlier links from December.

AI "The NYSBOE's decision not to investigate further, despite acknowledging the existence of "clones" and verification by some local BOEs, is concerning. This lack of investigation raises questions about their commitment to ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the voter rolls."

I hope AI contacts NYSBOE to ask them about "their commitments". I am sure they have many...in high places. You have a lot of patience and I appreciate you very much. Thank you.

I feel that NYSBOE needs to hear from disenfranchised voters, perhaps a letter writing campaign? With our legislators receiving a copy?

This is a Ton of great questions and AI Responses!!! Someday, when AI is in control, maybe it can fix this mess (although it will be controlled by non-rational thinking groups)

I disagreed with an AI answer. **"simply registering to vote multiple times in New York, without actually voting twice, is not necessarily a problem"**

It's my opinion that a multitude of non-utilized registrations:

1) Makes the voter turnout percentage believable as a 97% turnout would happen.

2) Makes auditing more difficult while our adversaries use comments like "No Standing" & "One Person, One Vote" against us.

3) Is created the ability for a "Shell Game" with the Vote. (Not to be confused with the Ballot)

I find that the Vote can be obviescated (spelling?) moving between clones, counties and at times the active/inactive/purged status.

As always, I write these comments assuming you and your subscribers already know these things! I do enjoy the discussion and thinking out loud! But the question really is... How to successfully prevent this where most legit remediation has failed or been ignored?
