I’ve just read through Judge Scott McAfee’s full decision in the Fani Willis disqualification case. The headline is that Willis wasn’t disqualified, but was told that one of two things must happen: her adulterous lover, Nathan Wade, must withdraw from the prosecution, or Willis and her entire office must withdraw. This sounds like a full defeat for Trump’s co-defendants, but it isn’t quite that bad, and the judge wasn’t completely wrong to rule this way.
Sad state of affairs which (in my opinion) brings much more shame to the current leading politicians in Georgia than it does to the swingers and dealers in the Fulton County Courthouse. I live in this state, and feel deeply that our “Republicans” are doing everything they can possibly do to call evil good, and good evil. In that environment, it is a wonder that they found 19 to indict along with President Trump.
Wasn’t there only the need to find the APPEARANCE of impropriety?
And isn’t this judge up for election?
Don’t you wish there could be clear, morally created laws that when broken require some kind of punishment? It seems that nowadays there are so very many (too many) instances of legal mumbo jumbo being used to circumvent the punishment or action required by a valid law’s being broken (especially in political and lawfare instances).
On dismissing perjury, this cowardly judge found a way. He rationalized Terrence Bradley’s testimony:
“inconsistencies, demeanor, and generally non-responsive answers left far too brittle a foundation upon which to build any conclusions.”
And Robin Yeartie’s testimony:
“lacked context and detail.”
And how does Fani “address the appearance of impropriety” as this judge requested of her? And how does she respond to the judge’s admonishment that it was ‘legally improper’ of her when she played the race card in a Black Church back in January?
She sends Wade an ‘I accept your resignation…My Hero Letter’:
‘I compliment you for the professionalism and dignity you have shown over the last 865 days, as you have endured threats against you and your family, as well as unjustified attacks in the media and in court on your reputation as a lawyer.”
By the way, in February this judge did hear evidence that the 2020 election was compromised in Georgia. During the Harrison Floyd hearings, Fulton County employees admitted to this judge they never verified 148,000 signatures. The election in Georgia should not have been certified. The judge should have dismissed this entire case.
I can't find "booty call" in my Black's Law Dictionary. lol It is hard to get through a day, keeping up with all this election news (always wise to read more than one source or actually read the documents), and not be sent into some tawdry details or worse, photographs, to get the story. I do thank you for reading the document and writing about it. I value your insight and opinions.
I am not a lawyer, but in the back of my mind I was concerned if they replaced the entire prosecuting team it would start completely over and they would be allowed to pick a new judge. Ugh. What a shameful waste of time and money because actions of a morally bankrupt person with the maturity level of a school girl is allowed to "yank around" whomever she pleases. Sure wish "yank around" was in Black's Law Dictionary. I would sue them to the moon.
I often find the irony when someone (You) writes an article referencing Donald Trump's legal battles with Claims of Fraud in the 2020 Elections...
Written by someone holding "Proof" of election fraud!!
That's typically the time the Liberal/Democrat/Criminals turn their head away and pretend they can't see it listen!!!
It should be as simple as"Here's Proof". Confirmed! Case Dismissed!!!

It is an excellent analysis of the Willis decision, and why it portends good things for Trump.
