After Judge Arthur Engeron’s ruling today in the fraud case against President Trump, who would ever want to do business in New York again? Engeron ordered Trump to pay a $360,000,000 fine, abstain from doing business in New York State for three years, and even levied multi-million dollar fines against Trump’s sons. For what? Nothing!
According to NY Attorney General Letitia James, Trump defrauded lenders by overvaluing his properties to secure loans. Not only do the lenders disagree with James, so do all other experts in the real estate business. Not only that, the loans were paid off on time, with interest, and the banks would like to do businees with Trump again. He is a good customer, “a whale,” the kind that only the best banks can hope to land.
Now, thanks to James and Engeron, they have not only caused unnecessary and unrighteous harm to Trump and his sons, but to his businesses, and by extension all businesses in New York, not to mention the thousands of people employed by those businesses. The impact of this, while causing no immediate or obvious death and destruction, remains significant and dangerous for the future of New Yorkers.
With this ruling, Engeron has essentially authorized the state confiscation of private property for no reason. I write “no reason” which James and Engoron would dispute, because they reason they gave is so obviously false. If they really believed the charges they filed against Trump, they would also file them against every property owner who has ever taken out a collateralized loan and paid it back—including James herself.
After stewing about the Engeron decision for a bit, I saw Tucker Carlson’s latest interview. In it, Mike Benz, an expert on the Deep State, describes how our government has decided to wage war against America with social media. That is, instead of using military power to force conformity, they’ll do it “peacefully” through the Internet. This, I would argue, is much more evil than trying to do the same thing by military force, because at least then it might be possible to defend ourselves. We’d know we’d been attacked and be able to do something about it.
This is why I made the illustration at the top of this post, because this is what our government now looks like to me. It’s labelled “New York” because I was thinking of Engeron when I made it, but it applies to pretty much the entire country right now.
The swamp is too dangerous. It must be stopped.
Yes, indeed it is dangerous.
And yes, it must be stopped.
But, as someone much wiser than I once said, it's nearly impossible to vote your way out of election fraud.
So if not by ballots, and the court system is corrupt, WTF?
This country was founded for we the people by the founding fathers who fled similar modern day oppression on the principles of and for;
- hard working
- God fearing
- intelligent (not so much academia as common sense)
We now have communist/ globalist owned activists in all areas of society but mostly in corporate media the education department and lawyers many in justice departments.
Until some neutral and fair minded country loving individuals and officials can have the intestinal fortitude to fight it regardless of being labeled as racist or radical (the ol standby excuse feared by all) this country will become a 3rd world globalists/ communist hellhole as many of the major US cities are an example of.
Some fair minded reasonable and country/ freedom loving people official and politicians better grow some balls before this great nation is over with!
